Julie Adenuga is a presenter, promoter and a broadcaster. She is described by Forbes as a “global tastemaker”. Julie is Nigerian and she is the younger sister of JME and Skepta. She has over 10 years experience working in radio and TV, and started off presenting a show on Rinse FM to hosting two weekly shows on Apple Music.
Julie joined Apple Music as a presenter at its inception in 2015 and she has been an early supporter of UK talents including J Hus, Jorja Smith, Stormzy and Dave as well as conducting headline-grabbing interviews.
Julie hosts insightful and thought-provoking interviews which range from quality banter to deep chats on the Apple Music platform. She has featured celebrities such as Ed Sheeran, Daniel Kaluuya, One Direction and many others. She launched her YouTube series Top 5 in which she invites two guests to debate an artiste’s catalogue and decide which one of their songs in their top 5.
Julie also hosts a show called “Don’t @ Me” which features some of the best UK artistes. Guests on the show perform live and are incredible at recreating popular hits ranging from old school to Afrobeats.

In 2018, Julie visited Lagos for the homecoming weekend. She released a three part series about the importance of homecoming. The series was inspired by the Afro beats culture and the evolution of homecoming into an event that unifies Nigeria with the world.
Julie Adenuga, is an outstanding and enterprising woman who proudly shows off her Nigerian identity. She is a phenomenal role model to millions of young and promising media personalities across the world. Julie recently left Apple Music after 5 years and we cannot wait to see more phenomenal things from her!
